Hygienic AHU

Air Handling Unit - HYGIENIC - QUADRATAIR

• HYGIENIC AHU are used in hospitals, operating rooms, clean rooms, drug , food, chemical factories, or any other industry places in which special hygiene conditions are required

• QUADRATAIR HYGIENIC AHU are Technical Construction Approved (CTPC-MLPDA) and meets all specific standards: DIN 1946-4, VDI 6022, VDI 3803, EN 13053

• These equipments have a special construction compared to the ones standard, identifying itself by using materials and special shapes:

-case panels are made of Stainless Steel on the inside;

-the fixing elements of the subanssemblies inside are made of Stainless Steel;

-the structure profile has a special shape (rounded on the inside) for the fast and efficient accessibility and cleaning;

-subanssemblies such as water, freon, electrical coils, heat recuperators, fans, etc., are under special construction, made of materials which resist the specific maintenance imposed

-multiple filtration stages (HEPA, ULTRA)

-anti-contamination of bacteria and viruses by using UV-C lamps

• Equipments are modular, available in the same 38 sizes (QA 1.1 ÷ QA 11.9)
• Air flow: 1.000 ÷ 100.000 m3/h (+)
• Panels: 25mm, 50mm, 60mm
• Construction: horizontal, vertical, stacked, side by side
